The reset button is inside your app, located near the login button, clears some of the saved info and refreshes cache in the app.
What is Deleted? #
This reset button deletes all LOCAL information. This means it is deleting information that is saved on the individual device, and never uploaded to the ParadeSmart servers.
It deletes:
- Which homes I liked (heart)
- Which homes I added to my plan my route
- The ticket registration on this device
- The amount of tickets scanned on this device
- Logs you out
What still exists on the ParadeSmart servers:
- All ticket information and home visits associated
- All login information and user accounts
- All scans are uploaded to server and safe
When to Use the Reset Button #
If there is a change in the app or a bug fix, you can use it to make sure you’re seeing the most updated version.
Please keep in mind:
- You will need to sign in again
- You will have to register your ticket again
- If the close and/or reset the app, then log back in, the pending scans and successful scan information in “Scanned Ticket Log” page will still be available
