MemberBid is the members-only bidding module of HBASmart, the branded app platform ParadeSmart builds for Home Builders Associations. It gives your General Contractors a fast, trusted way to post projects and gives your Subcontractors a fast way to find that work and bid on it.

Membership is checked every time someone signs in, so a General Contractor knows every bid comes from a vetted fellow member of the association, not a stranger off the internet. Formerly announced as the ParadeSmart Bid Board, MemberBid now runs inside your HBA's own branded app.

MemberBid needs to know who is an active member. Without MemberBase, your HBA imports its member list, including active status, so members can sign in.

With MemberBase (coming soon), status is set by payments, renewals and lapse rules, so access updates automatically and a lapsed member regains access the moment they renew.

MemberBid is the members-only bidding module of HBASmart, the branded app platform ParadeSmart builds for Home Builders Associations. Yes. MemberBid runs inside your HBA's branded HBASmart app on iOS and Android, and in the web app on your HBA's subdomain. Subcontractors can review a project and submit a bid from the job site, while General Contractors may prefer the web app for reviewing details on a larger screen.
No. MemberBid needs to know who is an active member, and an HBA without MemberBase can import its member list, including active status, so members can sign in. MemberBase, the HBASmart membership module coming soon, is designed to keep that status current automatically so staff don't have to re-import or sync member data.
No. MemberBid is for posting projects and collecting private bids. Payments between General Contractors and Subcontractors, such as deposits or payment for completed work, happen outside MemberBid, the same way your members handle them today.
