For Builders: Live Traffic & Scan Stats

Every builder in the ParadeSmart system has the ability to see the entire event scans history, as well as their individual home’s data. Builders do not have access to individual ticket or visitor information.

About Live Traffic Statistics #

  1. Builders can log into the app with their assigned builder logins
  2. Go to the menu called “Admin & Staff Login”
  3. Find “Scan Stats” and “Scanned Tickets Log”

Scan Stats #

Scan Stats shows the entire event scans history, as well as the home scan data connected to your builder account.

Scanned Tickets Log #

Scanned Tickets Log is a record of all scans made on your device.

  • Pending Tab: Scans trying to upload to the master admin report.
  • Success Tab: Scans correctly uploaded and reported.
  • Error Tab: Scans with problems preventing upload
