Free Events

While any clients with ticketing can offer free tickets, some events may choose to have the entire event run with free of charge tickets.

Setting Up Free Event #

1. Follow instructions in this tutorial video to create a new ticket type. Make sure to put the price as 0.
2. Your ticket(s) on the ticket sales page will look like the screenshots below. The process for using free tickets is almost entirely the same. You will use a free ticket type, enter in your titles descriptions, choose your demographic questions and get tickets online or in the app. I have screenshots below for what it looks like when they’re free. There is no credit card information required.
